I thought I'd keep it simple this time...

I just fell in the colour combo and felt that I just had 2 make another card...

I wanted 2 try out the Hero Art shoe stamps... It took me awhile 2 figure out what I wanted 2 do with it...

And when I found Kazan's sketch 18 at 2 sketches 4 u - I saw a solution...:-).

THIS IS MY CONTRIBUTION 2 THE KWERNER CHALLENGE...

I just love the colours this time... I used a stamp from a Swedish store named Motivet, but the stamps come originally from Canada.

I just love the colours this time... I can't wait 2 get my hands on these colours... But first, off 2 work... I hope the day goes quickly :-)...

THE FIRST TAG OF THE YEAR 

It's been a while since my last card or paper craft. I've been busy working, visiting relatives and enjoying the new year. Let's just hope I'll b as - or more - creative this year as the last!

This is my first tag of the year 2009!

Naturally I just have 2 participate in Kristina Werners colour challenge!

I just love making tags - and here's another one!

I found this lovely tree clear stamp by Hero arts I was dying 2 try out. And why not make a pink-red tree...

We've got a lovely japanese cherry tree here in Kortedala, Gothenburg at spring time. I let that tree b my inspiration. 

ÅRETS FÖRSTA TAG

Det var ett tag sedan jag gjorde ett kort eller något papperspyssel. Jag har varit upptagen med att arbeta, hälsa på släktingar eller njuta av nyåret. Jag hoppas att det här året blir lika - eller mer - kreativt än det förra.

Det här är min första tag för år 2009.
Självklart måste jag delta i Kristina Werners färg-utmaning.
Vilka underbara färger!

Jag bara älskar att göra tags, och här är ännu en.
Jag hittade den här underbara träd-clear stamp-stämpeln (gjord av Hero arts), och ville verkligen testa på att göra något med den. Och varför inte göra ett rosa-rött träd?

Vi har ett underbart japansk körsbärsträd här i Kortedala, Göteborg, som är helt underbar på våren. Jag lät den inspirera mig.

KWERNER CHALLENGE - HOME SWEET HOME + A LOVELY STAMP FROM STÄMPELBODEN
This is my card for the KWERNER challenge...

I worked with different layers...

I stamped out the house (Stämpelboden http://www.stampelboden.se/) and coloured it with brush pens. Then I matted it twice, once with white paper and secondly with purpleish striped paper.

I made a scalloped background and put it on something sturdier. I glued them together and distressed the edges and inked them.

I put a bit of black and white paper to make ribbony feel to it.

I also used a stamp with the frase HOME SWEET HOME and embossed it with black and then cut out the phrase. I did the same with the tree to the left of the house, using different colours for stamping and clear powder for embossing.

Lastly I felt like the card became quite dark, so I dared 2 go outside the colour scheme and put a lovely sun journaling thingy there.

Finally I chose 2 glitter different parts of the stamped images.
